A nutritious snack or breakfast on the run which will keep
you satisfied.

You
will need
1 ripe organic banana
200g mixed organic berries
1 cup (250 ml) Ultimate Muesli
1 cup (250 ml) organic Yoghurt
2 cups (500 ml) organic milk / soy |
Place
all ingredients in the blender and blend well on high until
thick and creamy. According to individual taste you may
want to add more liquid for a runnier consistency. Serves
3.
